Goods may be returned for exchange or a full refund within 14 days of despatch. Unfortunately we cannot accept exchanges or offer refunds on garments we consider used or damaged (statutory rights not affected).

We are not responsible for goods in transit - please obtain a certificate of postage as proof of postage and allow 3 days for any returns to be processed. Please note we are not responsible for cost of return postage unless items delivered are faulty or incorrect. If this should occur, please contact us and we will arrange for collection.
